Plezer Collection is committed to conducting its business in compliance with the applicable laws of India, including consumer protection regulations, information technology laws, electronic communication guidelines, and the policies applicable to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and RCS Business Messaging.

Plezer Collection may communicate with customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform and Rich Communication Services (RCS) using authorized messaging providers.

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and consenting where required, you authorize Plezer Collection to send messages relating to:

  • Order confirmations.
  • Shipping notifications.

  • Appointment or service updates (if applicable).
  • Promotional campaigns, where legally permitted and where you have not opted out.
  • Important service announcements.

All communications are intended to comply with Meta Business Messaging Policies, applicable telecom regulations, and Indian law. We do not knowingly use WhatsApp or RCS messaging for spam, deceptive practices, or unauthorized marketing.

Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time. However, transactional messages necessary for fulfilling orders or legal obligations may still be sent where permitted by law.
